We’re looking for motivated construction and engineering graduates to join our 2-year Cadet Program. This unique opportunity will see you completing core learning outcomes across RM Watson’s key business units of Engineering, Design, On-site Contracts Administration, Estimating and Site Supervision. Our team of building specialists will help arm you with the necessary skills and experience to set you up for success in the construction industry.
As WHS Officer, you will assist in the implementation of RM Watson’s EHS&Q systems and risk mitigation programs across all projects the business engages in. You will be responsible for supporting the business in the delivery of key actions and processes, working with multiple stakeholders to support the delivery of safe, high quality and environmentally conscious projects ensuring all actions are in line with RM Watson’s ISO accredited EHS&Q system.
We are seeking a Leading Hand with remedial construction experience to join our team of dedicated industry professionals. As Leading Hand, you will assist the Project Manager and Foreman in the management and delivery of on-site tasks. Ensuring all works are completed to programme and in line with RM Watson’s ISO accredited HSEQ system. The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification or a minimum of 4 years of experience in the remedial construction sector.

As a tradesperson at RM Watson, you will work across an array of challenging projects in the residential and commercial sectors, delivering of the highest quality remedial solutions.
