With a strong technical foundation and passion for solving complex building challenges, he is focused on delivering quality outcomes for clients and leading RM Watson into its next phase of growth and success.
Sam is the Executive Director of RM Watson, as a current licensed builder and registered building practitioner, he brings 20 years of construction industry expertise to his role. Since joining the company in 2014, he has directly managed countless high-profile remedial projects, specialising in facade solutions that maintain business continuity. Sam has been instrumental in transforming RM Watson into an industry-leading remedial solutions provider through his hands-on construction expertise and collaborative leadership approach.
With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Nathan has built a reputation for his forward-thinking approach to project delivery and ability to develop effective solutions for complex repair requirements. His expertise in proposal development and contract negotiation has been pivotal in RM Watson’s growth in recent years. Nathan combines deep technical understanding with sharp commercial acumen, enabling him to navigate complicated repair challenges while maintaining focus on cost-effective outcomes.
As Operations Director at RM Watson, Nicole leads the people, processes and systems that connect every stage of the project lifecycle, from Business Development and Estimating through to Project Delivery, spanning Finance, HR, IT and Business Systems. With a focus on cross-functional process design and operational integration, Nicole works to streamline the way teams collaborate, strengthen internal communication and build the infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality delivery at every touchpoint.
As EHS&Q Manager, Sam leads the strategic direction of RM Watson's health, safety, environment and quality initiatives. With qualifications in Work Health and Safety and Communications, he brings deep expertise in both site-based and corporate safety leadership across remedial construction projects. Sam oversees the development, implementation and oversight of safety strategies, emergency and quality management processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest standards across all RM Watson projects and sites.
With extensive hands-on construction experience and a strong trade background, Ben has built a reputation for his collaborative leadership approach and exceptional project delivery capabilities. His expertise in overseeing complex remedial operations has been pivotal in the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects. Ben specialises in stakeholder management, combining deep technical knowledge with practical construction skills to navigate challenging on-site operations while delivering solutions that meet unique client requirements.
As Business Development Manager at RM Watson, Kieran is responsible for identifying and securing new project opportunities, building strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth by aligning our companies capabilities with our customers needs. With nearly 30 years experience in the remedial industry, Kieran has delivered some of the largest remedial projects in Australia and takes great pride in building relationships based on trust, providing the best solutions for our customers and ensuring we deliver what we promise.
Gabby is a strategic marketing specialist with extensive experience gained from working in media and advertising for major Australian brands. Her expertise lies in integrated marketing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and the identification of new business opportunities within the remedial construction sector.
