Scope

RM Watson's specialist remedial team were engaged to deliver a comprehensive waterproofing solution to the residential complex located in the Sutherland Shire. Our targeted approach not only resolved long-standing moisture ingress issues, it enhanced the overall integrity of the facade, ensuring the long-term durability of the asset.

The scope of works delivered across the project included:

  • Implementation of site-specific scaffold system, designed to preserve resident amenity while facilitating the safe and efficient progression of works.
  • Wholesale replacement of windows across the complex, including new subsills, angles, and storm moulds, coordinated unit by unit to minimise resident impact.
  • Installation of new cavity flashings and parapet cappings to enhance water management.
