The RM Watson team has been tasked by the Owners of Strata Plan 43980 and MAJCON to carry out façade and balcony repairs to the residential tower located at Goulburn Street, Darlinghurst.
The team are currently carrying out balcony repairs which include the rectification of windowsill flashings, preparation of formwork for balcony hobs and cavity works. Practical completion is scheduled for November 2021.
Project delivery is being closely managed by the RM Watson project management team to ensure works progress as efficiently and safely as possible in line with RM Watson’s comprehensive COVID-19 Management Plan.
