RM Watson has been engaged by the Owners of Strata Plan 74232 to deliver a comprehensive upgrade of the luxury residential complex overlooking Bondi Beach. Working collaboratively with RAA Architects and the building owners, our team have developed a tenant-centred approach to address critical structural and facade elements.
The project includes a complete remediation of the building's key architectural elements. This includes the replacement of flammable ACP cladding with a compliant terracotta tile facade system, complete replacement of balcony doors and windows, and the strategic upgrade of the original balustrade system. A custom Fatra PVC membrane system will provide advanced waterproofing for balconies, planter boxes, and rooftop areas, accompanied by targeted concrete repairs to balcony thresholds.
Scheduled for completion in 2025, the project demonstrates RM Watson's expertise in delivering complex building upgrades that balance technical precision with architectural sensitivity and tenant needs.
