25 Addison Road, Manly

RM Watson has been the principal remedial contractor at 25 Addison Road since 2007. Over the last 14 years, the RM Watson team have delivered numerous remedial repair and facade upgrade projects under the direction of MTK Consulting.

Specific works delivered since 2007 include:

• Removal of magnesite floor topping in units
• Concrete floor repairs to address extensive spalling caused by original magnesite topping
• Installation of new windows and balustrades across the whole site
• Waterproofing and tiling of balconies
• Full façade render

The effects of RM Watson’s efforts on site have resulted in a refreshed apartment block on Sydney harbour at Manly, ensuring the usability and enjoyment of the asset for many years to come.
