RM Watson have been undertaking various repair projects at the waterfront residential block, Latitude Apartments, located at 55 Lavender Street, Milsons Point since 2017. In 2020 the Owners of Strata Plan 77787 engaged RM Watson to replace the combustible ACP cladding previously installed across the façade and internal areas.
RM Watson were engaged on a design and construct basis to remove the existing substructure and all combustible cladding and replace it with 3mm solid aluminium sheeting.
The implementation of staged scaffolding and EWP access ensured the normal operations of the commercial tenancies directly adjacent to the work areas were maintained across the duration of the project.
